Troubleshooting using deb and rpm package installers
These packages are available for troubleshooting Linux installations. For Ubuntu 20, 22, 24 and RedHat 8 the following installation packages can be used to verify if that system can run the latest build of ASReml-R and have been built with R4.5.

ASReml-R 3 downloads
ASReml-R v3.0
These downloads are for ASReml-R v3.0 that have been built with the RLM licensing. In this version the name of the package has been changed to ‘asreml3’ to allow both versions 3.0 and 4.1 be installed into the same R version.
Note: ASReml-R 3 and ASReml-R 4.1 should not be run simultaneously within the same R session.
To load the package use the call:
library(asreml3)
Your license can be installed using the same method as in ASReml-R v4.1. Details can be found here:
