ASRgwas for R version 4.3 (All platforms)
Download the appropriate ASRgwas version for your operating system.
The quickest way to install all packages and dependencies directly from CRAN is to use the following command:
install.packages(c(“cli”, “data.table”, “ggplot2”, “ggrepel”, “Rcpp”,”RcppArmadillo”, “ASRgenomics”), dependencies = TRUE)
Alternative installation instructions are included in the Getting Started section of the ASRgwas Manual, which you will find in the doc folder inside the downloaded package. You can install ASRgwas using the install.packages() function within R. Alternatively, use the standard package loading facilities available within an R interface such as RStudio or R Gui.

ASRgenomics 1.1.4
